ARC Review - Wolf Trouble (SWAT series) by Paige Tyler

Wolf Trouble
SWAT - Special Wolf Alpha Team
by Paige Tyler

He's in trouble with a capital T

There's never been a female on the Dallas SWAT team and Senior Corporal Xander Riggs prefers it that way. The elite pack of alpha male wolf shifters is no place for a woman. But Khaki Blake is no ordinary woman.

When Khaki walks through the door attractive as hell and smelling like heaven, Xander doesn't know what the heck to do. Worse, she's put under his command and Xander's protective instincts go on high alert. When things start heating up both on and off the clock, it's almost impossible to keep their heads in the game and their hands off each other...

My Review:

This is the second book in a wonderful series by Paige Tyler.  Xander is a Team Leader in the Dallas SWAT team and he finds himself attracted to the newest member of the team, Khaki.  Khaki has had it with her fellow police officers and when she is offered a position in Dallas, she accepts it with no hesitation.  Xander and Khaki are instantly attracted to one another but fear that a relationship could ruin their team.

A well written and enjoyable book from start to finish!  I love how Xander and Khaki's relationship developed as well as the sexual chemistry between these two fantastic characters.  Khaki is a strong and caring woman who has a strong sense of right and wrong.  Xander is just as strong and caring as Khaki and fears that any sexual relationship with her could to cause problems within the pack.  Add in some humor and action, this book has a fascinating storyline that paranormal romance readers will love it as much as I did! 5 Stars ~Booklover Sue
