My Review:

I really enjoyed this short yet interesting start of a paranormal romance series.  Mia is a shifter in hiding when she comes across Lucas, a fascinating and intense shifter who saves her life.  Lucas is an alpha just coasting through life after the devastating loss of his mate and pack.  Mia fascinates him and he is unsure what to do about it.  The sexual chemistry between Mia and Lucas is intense and lava hot.  I love the mix of suspense, romance and paranormal elements that make this a fascinating tale.  This is the first episode in what appears to be a wonderful serial and I am looking forward to the next books.  I highly recommend paranormal romance readers check out Alisa Woods True Alpha series, they will not be disappointed. ~Booklover Sue
